It was conveniently located downtown. It was further from the waterfront restaurants than I anticipated.

Great location. Loved the free parking. Wished I didn’t have a big spot on my bed sheet that made me think that it wasn’t cleaned… Ted it too late so no one available anymore at the front desk to get it changed

Good value for money. Excellent location close to waterfront.
The grounds and staff were excellent. Beautiful roses throughout the property. My only complaint was that I could hear the AC unit from the room across from me turn on and off the entire night. Next time ear plugs for me.
We were looking forward to having a bedroom along with a "living" area, but the bedroom had no AC or ventilation. It was pretty clean. There was a problem with the toilet, and it was difficult to find a plunger. Eventually a staff member went and got one for us. They did keep our ipad safe after we forgot it, and we were able to pick it up. That was appreciated. Also, the ice machine worked, and we had a nearly full sized fridge. Not bad for a Studio 6!
Simple place and perfect for my needs. The office manager guy was very kind and helpful. The location is AWESOME. Go for a walk and check out the river path. Fun places to eat nearby.
I stopped here just for a convenient overnight during a road trip. The price was right. I wish it had been a quieter place to sleep — I could hear a lot of shouting from pedestrians in the neighborhood. But t's in the middle of a busy downtown zone, so that probably can't be helped. (The air conditioner worked well and muffled some of that noise.) I only had a choice of one or two parking spaces, which seemed very exposed to the busy pedestrian traffic, so I made sure to leave nothing in my car — but again, it's a motel in a busy downtown zone, so that's to be expected. My room was comfortable, clean, and sufficient for a one-night stay. I'm not sure how to rate the helpfulness of the staff, as I only saw one staff member during my stay — at the front desk — but he was efficient and friendly. What I like best about this place is its proximity to a movie theater, an excellent grocery store (New Seasons), and some impressive coffee shops and bakeries, all within a few blocks.

Nice and clean room and recently remodeled so it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and our stay was awesome! Shout out to Michael at the front desk for excellent customer service.
Very plain standard room but it was clean and it was comfortable.

The room was clean quiet easy to check in and at a very convenient location for my granddaughters wedding which is why we came into town from Coquille, Or would come again
Ok so as far as the condition and location of the win or war amazing, never expected a motel 6 to be this perfect on the inside. The night manager is a different story. Perhaps that's why he works the night shoddy. First I did come in late like 3 am because my flights were all delayed. He had me put my ID and debit card through a tiny slit and spoke through a voice windows only. The key cards look identical to pizza gift cards...I tried them through the sleeve and they did not work. It was 3am my brain was jet lagged and exhausted and I had court at 9am. I called and said I only have gift cards I can't get into my room. Bis response was "order puzza" and he hung up. I had to call back and I was fully panicked at this point because the location is kinda sketchy and against the 3am brain fried.I was a single female and I have PTSD so...the owners could do providing him some social skill classes!

Really enjoy the spacious corner room. It was quiet enough for a restful sleep. I would definitely stay here again.
Adequate parking and good location. Beyong that, i selected 2 nights no smoking room. I got there. Only smoking ros available. Prepaid =screwed. So I stayed. Next day i ask if there were non smoking rooms avaliable. Yes... for an upcharge of 30%... really? Dishonest practices.
TLDR: I recommend it as an inexpensive, relatively clean downtown stay.
Pros: The room was generally clean and the location is very good (easy walk to downtown core and the terrific weekend farmers’ market). It was cheap and no fee for the dog!
Cons: I was told at check-in that I had selected a smoking room (I’m positive I wouldn’t “select” one) and to avoid it, I needed to upgrade my room for, like, $13 or some nominal fee. They also have a big, mostly empty lot, yet charge for parking. Finally, stains/burn holes in the bedspread (in my slightly more expensive nonsmoking room).
Property is older and in a good location for downtown. The room was clean but the smell was pretty bad. Maybe it was a former smoking room they tried to cover up?
This motel is just blocks away from Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver. Lots of activity in the area. It's nice to finally have some affordable lodging in downtown Vancouver.
