A well cared for and comfortable home, in Portland’s popular Munjoy Hill & Eastern Promenade area. Ideal for family & friends, a special occasion, relaxing getaway or team business trip. Portland's charm offers many markets, award winning restaurants & activities to choose from. Shop The Old Port & Downtown Portland which are within walking distance. Freeport Outlets, LL Bean and The Maine Mall are a short drive away. Enjoy Portland's downtown art district and the waterfront walking trail which is just 2 minutes away. It's just a short drive to the coast with beautiful beaches & scenic lighthouses. Also a block away is the Eastern Promenade with it's spectacular views of Portland Harbor and Casco Bay.

The apartment feels like home & maintains architectural features of the past. Both smaller and larger groups will love the spacious floor layout and we go above and beyond to provide you with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need.
It has an updated eat-in kitchen, large separate dining room, spacious living room with flat screen tv, 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Wifi is included. Some additional notes:

1) Off street parking is available upon request. There is free street parking in the neighborhood that may be challenging to find during the busier summer months.
2) Our units sleep 6 in beds and up to 8 with an air mattress that we supply.
3) Because of increasing costs, we have an additional per person charge or guests that exceed 5 people. We do this because of the rising costs of laundry, utilities and general wear and tear.

Host was very communicative and accommodating. Property is in very good condition, clean, comfortable, and was perfect for the three of us. Could easily accommodate a larger group. Coffee pot and filters were especially appreciated. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and an easy Lyft ride downtown. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was warm and cosy and in a good location. The showers were good and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that with doors shut, the bedrooms got too hot, yet turning the heating down made them cold.

We had a great time staying in Portland! All the amenities you will need were available, and the location was perfect for walking to some of the attractions. Nick was incredibly accomodating and responsive, making our stay that much easier.

The apartment was very roomy for our 8 person stay. Very sunny and bright, a fully equipped kitchen, and room to relax and share meals. The neighborhood is very nice, coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. The Eastern Promenade was a 1-2 minute walk, with a great playground for our 3 yo granddaughter, scenic views, even food trucks.The middle bedroom’s sheets were too small for the queen bed. We also had just 2 spare rolls of tp - inadequate for our 7 adults and a toddler. Host Nick was quick to reimburse me for tp our last night.

Great location worked very well for our family of 5 with 3 kids. I would recommend asking about driveway parking especially if you have kids or those with mobility issues, seemed the street parking was tough to come by. Unit was clean and well equipped. Would stay again for sure.

Great stay in East End of Portland

My family of five with 3 adult children had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean, spacious and in a great location for seeing Portland. Nicholas was a great communicator and check-in and check-out were easy. I would stay again next time I'm in Portland.

Ideal location with Wonderful Host!

My family (2 adults 3 kids) enjoyed a wonderful two week stay here. The apartment is in truly the ideal location: two blocks from the gorgeous Eastern Prom, including a great playground for kids, food trucks, and the East End Beach. We went for beautiful bike rides and runs on the close by trails every morning. The neighborhood has stunning views and delicious food. The apartment worked perfectly for our family, and Nick was super responsive and welcoming! We needed an extra chair, and he delivered it promptly - definitely exceeded our expectations in terms of hospitality and communication! We would definitely stay here next time we’re in Portland and recommend it to others!

Stay in Portland

Nick communicated well. The property was in a convenient location and was cleaned well. The property was older than the post showed with water spots on the bathroom ceiling and some mold and mildew smells. There were no hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms or bedrooms. The upstairs were loud Friday night after bar close.

It was great overall. I had a problem with the check in process . Don't know what happened exactly but did not receive the final information about check in code then could not reach the host at first . When I did reach him he immediately gave me the code and then came by in person to make sure all was fine

Great weekend in Portland

The apartment was great, very clean, exactly as appeared in the pictures. Great location. It was comfortable, tons of space, two nice bathrooms. Worked out great.

A Great Place to Celebrate the Holidays

This apartment on Munjoy Hill was very comfortable for 3 generations to spend the holidays together. It allowed for visits with friends since my mom is not very mobile these days. We got to spend some time enjoying our old neighborhood and all that it offers, including a growing number of restaurants and bars!

Everything on VRBO is accurate. Perfect location, clean, family-friendly and the check in process was easy. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland.

With appreciation...

So happy that I did not pass this one up...the home was gorgeous, comfortable, close to the water, and exactly what was listed. Nick was very responsive, honest, and answered my many questions. Our family's first visit to Portland to celebrate with my daughter for her white coat ceremony at UNE was one to remember. From waking up early to get some Holy Donuts, cheering on the local hockey team, meeting a wonderful florist, walking next to the ocean, and having an owl in the tree right outside our door made this trip so memorable. If looking to stay in Portland, do yourself a favor and book this home. You will be so happy you did!
