"Lovely room(suite) and exceptional staff. It was a visit during a heat wave and we had to request a fan for our room. It is time for hotel to use its vast roof to accommodate solar panels to pay for a good air conditioning system. We used the bistro and the food was adequate but needs to be better, fresher food for a quality hotel like this. We would stay again and hope air conditioning is installed and food options are improved. Gardens are a highlight as are all the helpful and cheerful staff. Best option in Newbridge."

"Lovely hotel but didn't quite feel like a 4 star. The little extras you'd expect just weren't there. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable but the was only a kettle for instant tea/ coffee! Breakfast was lovely. Staff on reception were very helpful but the lady in the bar restauraunt was rather rude. The swimming pool was great. Small jacuzzi and the sauna wasn't hot enough."
