Having a washer and laundry facilities right in the apartment was such a huge convenience during our trip. "The property is well located, within walking distance to all the sights. The rooms were clean and as described. Staff responded quickly to questions through the Expedia app and were friendly and helpful. We arrived on an early morning flight and were able to leave our bags there while out sightseeing, as well as check into our room early (2pm), which we really appreciated. There are also laundry facilities in the basement of the property that we were able to use."

"Staff is not trained. Checkout: he didn’t do ANYTHING: looked at our bill and said we were free to go. We had a parking voucher with Expedia he should have given us a parking pass to get out of lot. We ended up paying to get out of lot. Expedia just put the pass back on our account instead of the refund we asked for. Room service was good but they forgot to charge us. Tried to pay at checkout but he wouldn’t add it….? Checkin: took forever because she was fumbling around trying to figure out Expedia."
