Simples mas eficiente

Hotel bem central, de fácil acesso, próximo ao centro e ao Parque da Redenção. Simples, mas eficiente para uma viagem rápida e econômica. Quarto limpo porém bem pequeno. Um ponto que poderia melhorar é o café da manhã que é bem fraco.

Pelo preço ele é fantástico.

È um hotel bem no centro. Com estacionamento fechado e se permitem Pets (mesmo sendo de porte grande). Apartamentos feitos a novo.

Um pesadelo!

Péssimo.Quarto pequeno,ar condicionado não esquenta,pressão da água do chuveiro mto fraca,por ser um prédio antigo,onde funcionava um famoso motel pé de chinelo q usava o nome de Hotel Santo Antônio,o banheiro tem cheiro de esgoto o tempo todo,q vem do ralo.A limpeza deixa a desejar e o restaurante é minúsculo e n comporta mts hóspedes na hora do café,fazendo vc esperar.Alem disso,tem um cheiro de gordura q embrulha o estômago.O hotel não tem elevador e parece um labirinto.Nada parecido com um hotel normal.As camareiras são mto queridas,mas na recepção não dá p dizer o mesmo.Pior hotel onde já estive.E para completar,tirem suas conclusões com a seguinte informação:Uma simples coxinha custa $12,00!!!!!Fujam desse lugar.

Insatisfação geral

Me hospedei no Hotel no dia 27.06 com toda minha familia e minha esposa gestante 07 meses...fomos assistir JOGO do Brasil x Paraguai neste dia. De forma supreendente, foi avisado pelo pessoal da recepção que não poderiam garantir vaga de estacionamento se eu fosse de carro para o jogo pois o hotel não tem vaga para todos hospedes e eu teria que me virar com outros estacionamentos pagos aos aredores... sabendo que na reserva, é muito claro que tem estacionamento grátis no hotel... print da reserva em anexo. Café da manha Péssimo.. tudo frio, espaço para no maximo 08 pessoas tomar café... sem falar a sujeira do local... faltando talheres, faltando de tudo no mísero buffet do café da manha. Quarto co. Cheiro ruim, banheiro fedido e n sabonete havia para tomar banho... se falar das toalhas de banho velhas, rasgadase fedidas.. Decepção total com o hotel... sem falar que é todo cheio de esquema de segurança... você se sente um bandido chegando no hotel... péssimo atendimento dos recepcionistas... eu avisei que iria reclamar e eles falaram que estava tudo bem... podia reclamar... Alem de uma diária de alto VALOR, péssimo atendimento, péssima estrutura Muito ruim

Péssimo

Banheiro sujo, com fios de cabelo na pia e na bancada. Teto e rejunte dos azulejos completamente mofados. Quarto detonado, sem qualquer manutenção. Já na recepção fomos surpreendidos com um atendente que nos passou a ficha cadastral por entre uma janela de vidro que não abria. Nunca vimos nada parecido em hotéis nenhum do mundo e olha que já nos hospedamos em varios do Brasil e exterior. Quarto de luxo que mais parecia um cubículo mal cuidado. Café da manhã sofrível, fraquíssimo em opções. Jamais voltaremos a esse lugar!!

O hotel é bom, porém o banheiro é muito pequeno (tem que entrar pular o vaso para ladinho para fechar a porta) e o chuveiro estava mal regulado e muito quente. Ficamos no 1005. Mas no mais o hotel é bom e a localização maravilhosa!

Voltaria tranquilamente

Pontos Positivos: Quarto silencioso. Ar condicionado também silencioso. Cama confortável. Frigobar e microondas no quarto ajudaram muito (além de um supermercado na esquina). Vizinhança aparenta ser tranquila. Pontos Negativos: Televisão apenas com canais abertos. Wifi do hotel não estava funcionando nos dias da estadia. Celular não pegava direito no quarto do andar inferior (operadora TIM) (mas pegava bem no quarto superior).
