Nice but not for sleeping until late

The hotel was fine, breakfast various and well cooked, the staff was Nice too except for the cleaning ladies whom were chating down the hall early in the morning while they cleaned rooms. Inside the room you can hear every noise from the hall, like rollers bags and people talking so you cannot sleep until late if you want, the acoustic must be improved.

The food at the in house restaurant was surprisingly good, a good assortment at the complimentary breakfast but it was the staff working there who were outstanding!!! The price of the accommodations does not reflect the value. We stayed for 12 nights and will gladly return on our next visit to Port Alegre.

Hospedagem boa, porém quarto achei um pouco pequeno. O atendimento da recepção foi ruim. Foi solicitada uma nota fiscal com os nomes dos hospedes, para fins de reembolso e ignoraram toda instrução fornecida e emitiram errada, com apenas um nome. Foi solicitada a correção e até agora (depois de 3 dias da reclamação), não enviaram a NF. Total descaso, mesmo sabendo que tinhamos prazo.

Estadia curta de apenas uma pernoite. Atendeu a nossa necessidade, hotel honesto. Cama confortável, banheiro limpo, café da manhã bom. O quarto é apertado, então para uma viagem longa com bagagem grande, talvez não seja muito confortável. Para a proposta do hotel, vale muito a pena.
