"We love the location walking distance to the Arringo Square and Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants and it was market day in the square. Bed was comfortable, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom has big bath tub no glass or curtain for shower so made sure not to splash water. They asked us our breakfast choices so we had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff were helpful. "The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful and very relaxed. I would recommend anyone goes to this hotel as the location is fabulous on the seafront. The rooms are not huge but it’s a great base to enjoy the sea views and pop over to beach. The best thing about this hotel is the staff of which for me is the most important thing. The owners made us feel really welcome and at home"

"The Hotel is charming the rooms are gorgeous but the setting takes your breathe away. Set in a valley in the Marches region of Italy from the pool you can see the ocean and turn around to look at ancient cities on the crests of the surrounding hillsides. Sandra the owner and hostess is as charming and lovely a human being as you can find. I would drive hours out of my way to stay here. You won't regret it !!!!"
