This charming 60m2 two-bedroom apartment in Porto is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV to watch your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony, complete with seating, to unwind and enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment includes a dishwasher to make cleaning up effortless, as well as ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs.

The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The apartment also offers one full bathroom and an additional half bathroom, both stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property offers a convenient and welcoming setting for both locals and visitors. This area combines a peaceful residential atmosphere with excellent access to city amenities and public transport.

Just steps away, you will find supermarkets such as Continente Bom Dia and various local shops and cafes where you can enjoy a coffee or a quick meal. Nearby bakeries and restaurants, including Pau de Canela and Restaurante Rito, offer traditional Portuguese cuisine, while Super Pizza is a favourite choice for a casual bite.

The area is also home to several leisure facilities. The municipal swimming pool at Constituição is close by, along with small green spaces where you can enjoy a bit of outdoor time.

Transport links are reliable and easy to access. Several bus routes run along Rua de Antero de Quental, connecting you to downtown Porto and other major districts. The location also provides convenient access to nearby main roads for those travelling by car.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus stop, Campo Lindo, is just a 1-minute walk.

The nearest metro station, Salgueiros, is just a 17-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
