La gente que atiende el hotel es increiblemente amable y se preocupa que lo pases bien. La ubicacion es muy buena (sobre todo si tienes que dejar auto parqueado). El desayuno es variado (alguna fruta, jamon, queso, panes, mediaslunas, tostadas, yogur y cereales) sin platos calientes pero abudante. La vista desde el restaurante y los cuartos es increible ya que no hay edificios altos alrededor. Falta actualizacion (enchufes, el secador de pelo en mi caso no sirvió, las toallas muy finas y deshilachadas) y un poco de gusto para mejorar las habitaciones... se pasan de vintage!!! Eso si, super limpio y sabanas bien. No la pase mal, tuve un poco de frio que resolvi con una manta y por el precio que pague estuvo bien, pero no se si volveria

Room very dated and run down. Broken elevator, we were on 11 floor. Location not recommended, no food, coffee or stores nearby. It did provide coffee and a continental breakfast which was nice.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in and checked me out, was absolutely lovely. She told me about the history of the hotel and made me feel so at home. The hotel is like a page right of the 60s and is loaded with history and charm. The restaurant was incredible and rhe waiters made me feel like a king. I cant wait to go back!

A place marked as a hotel would expect to provide hot water for shower but in this place that was a clear no. Night club just outside the hotel made a terrible noise all through the morning. Breakfast is served after 7.30 and you can simply forget about it because it was so terrible. Antique 14inch TV and the air-conditioning unit that had nobs which didn't work properly either. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

the menu was fresh, a little shy on variety but absolutely hit the spot for a the starting your day. the room was ideal and was able to stay for 3 nights happily.......... really liked Porto and what it had to offer, easy to get around the city and close to transit.......... was in contact with 4 of the staff and they were all so helpful, it was appreciated...... from the check in to the cleaning staff........ so good !!!

Hotel entrance was not obvious and it only occupies top few floors of this dated building. Room w ensuite bath is tightly spaced though i enjoyed a warm bath. I was woken up at 4am by some rowdy people chanting and singing in the open carpark beside the hotel. Breakfast was standard continental at the top floor with great view of the city

El hotel necesita mantenimiento, moqueta rota, grifo que gotea, papel de la pared despegado… tendría su encanto si estuviera más cuidado. El desayuno estaba incluido, pero no era nada especial. Está bien que tenga parking y el chico de la recepción fue agradable.
