It was very convenient a with everything we needed. It is a bit far away from the more touristy areas. But great if that is what you are looking for. Staff are good at communication and very friendly and helpful. Grocery store less than a block away.

Very helpful staff and check-in process but the actual apartment is very old- floor tiles are coming off creating trip hazards, it was very noisy from the other apartments and street traffic.

Very clean, well equipped. Bedding and towels excellent quality. Quite noisy with road noise so take your ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall great accommodation thankfully cheap Ubers for getting home as who knew Porto was hilly ! Lm art cafe downstairs did great breakfasts and welcome drink. Thank you

Wir haben uns auf eine schöne Woche in Porto gefreut. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, aber nicht begeistert. Der Check-in war ab 15 Uhr möglich, allerdings hatten wir auch um 15:30 Uhr noch keinen Zugangscode für die Wohnung erhalten. Diesen mussten wir erst über Expedia erfragen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Rollladen in einem Schlafzimmer defekt sei. Während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts wurde er nicht repariert. Erst nach fünf Tagen erfuhren wir auf Nachfrage, dass wir die Tür zum Lüften öffnen dürfen. Diese Information hätten wir uns direkt zu Beginn vom Vermieter gewünscht. Im Badezimmer gab es zudem stellenweise Schimmel. Die Lage ist in Ordnung: Schräg gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt, die Innenstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 25 Minuten. Mit Uber oder Bolt dauert die Fahrt zum Atlantik und zum Strand ungefähr 20 Minuten. Es ist in der Unterkunft wirklich sehr sehr laut. Auch nachts. Wer gerne etwas weiter läuft, kommt mit der Lage gut zurecht. Insgesamt ist das Apartment in Ordnung, bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt würden wir uns jedoch für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden.

L'appartamento era pulito, con tutto il necessario sia nella cucina che nel bagno. Un po' rumoroso in quanto si trova su una strada principale ma è dotato di doppi vetri. Comodo alla stazione della metro e al centro se vuole andare a piedi e ha un supermercato grande difronte.

Piso acogedor, muy bien distribuido, limpieza excelente, lo único es el ruido exterior, las ventanas aíslan muy poco el sonido, pero el sitio tiene buena relación calidad-precio, un poco alejado del centro, pero el Uber es barato así que deja de ser un problema

Bij aankomst was de café beneden nog niet open, dat was al slecht gecommuniceerd, de host heb ik maar een keer via whatsapp kunnen spreken. En nog een keer toen ik al weer thuis was, zo slecht was de communicatie met de host. De appartement zag er wel netjes uit, in één oogopslag. Er mag wat beter schoongemaakt worden. Lampenkappen en als wat van riet is zat vol met schimmel daar ben ik wel van geschrokken dat is slecht voor de gezondheid en al helemaal als je Asma heb of iets aan de luchtwegen. Geen strijk materiaal aanwezig, keuken gerei was netjes en schoon, bedden en slaapkamers waren netjes. Onder de bedden en achter de bank daar mag wel wat meer aandacht aan besteed worden. Na een bepaalde tijd moet je rustig doen, rekening houden met de buren. Er werd geen rekening gehouden met ons en er is niemand die dat kan monitoren. Want de host zelf zie je niet. Ik zelf vind dat je te duur betaald, voor de kwaliteit van het appartement.
