You will be close to everything that makes Porto a unique city. Rua Formosa, one of the most traditional streets of Porto, places you just a 5-minute walk away from the beautiful Café Majestic or the performances at the historic Coliseu do Porto.



You can't miss trying the iconic francesinhas at Café Santiago or the delicious sandwiches at Casa Guedes, all within 500 meters. The Bolhão metro station is also just 400 meters away, making it easy to explore even more of the city.

Apartment close to major transport networks (Bolhão Metro Station, São Bento Train Station, buses right outside).

Key collection takes place at our **Welcome Center** – at **Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto**, where you can meet our staff!



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case you lose the key, a charge will apply (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s help to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be determined upon consultation.



For bookings of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit on expenses for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package, which is €150. Any excess amount will be covered by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow access for the host's staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits scheduled for this purpose.



We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon consultation).



You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
