The studio features a comfortable double bed, ideal for couples or solo travellers. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine, providing all the amenities for a longer stay. The full bathroom has everything you need. Enjoy the balcony, a lovely spot to watch the city go by and soak up the vibrant energy of Porto.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Enjoy all the amenities, such as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen.

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on application). Furthermore, the flat is well connected to the city’s public transport network.



Other Things to Note:

**Property care**

The apartment is cleaned and prepared before every arrival. During your stay, please keep it reasonably tidy and handle furniture, decoration, towels, linen and appliances with care. If you have any questions about how to use any appliance or equipment, contact us — we're happy to help.



**Extra cleaning**

If you'd like additional cleaning during your stay, let us know and we'll arrange it for an extra charge.



**Key management**

Lost key: replacement cost applies (confirmed on request). Locked out after 19:00 requiring team assistance: €40. Key left in the lock requiring technical intervention: cost confirmed on request.



**Airport transfer**

We can arrange a transfer directly to the apartment. Request at the time of booking or before arrival (price on request).



**Breakfast delivery**

A freshly prepared breakfast can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request (price on request).



**Long stays (28+ nights)**

Utilities (water, electricity, internet and TV) are included up to a combined monthly limit of €150. Consumption above this threshold will be charged to the guest. Periodic property inspections may be scheduled approximately once per month, with prior notice.
