"The staff was good, the location may be okay if you do not mind being in the middle of a busy street and probably more convenient for bag packing individuals. Not quiet overnight, however close to Metro station. All this can probably be managed but my room needed maintenance workup. Leaky faucet and below sink pipe with water on floors. Ripped furnitures and stained blankets. The front desk was nice enough on departure day so I updated them"

"This place is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. It is incredible value for the price. Things I liked: welcome pasteis de nata in my room upon arrival. Culligan water cooler to refill my water bottle for the day (although tap water was fine too). Also fruit, more pasteis and coffee set out 24/7. Also had a nespresso machine in my room which I really appreciated. Comfy bed. Great AC. Very clean. Good communication with the management company on whats app. Beautiful outdoor patio....
