We loved this place. Quiet, clean, friendly, great location, and amazing complete breakfast!! We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and decided to stay at the end as well. If we visit Porto again there is no question that we will be staying here.

It was a really nice stay and the staff we're great at making sure you had everything you needed. My only thing was the pool/sauna use, to me it was strange that you had to book a timeslot everyday and you could only have 45min sessions. Sometimes you do just want to sit by the pool and chill and that felt limited.

Amazing hotel with a great view of the Duoro river and Porto. Clean room, friendly staff, and great amenities. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, gym, continental breakfast, and spa. My wife loved her massage in the spa. Hotel is walkable to many restaurants, a market with food vendors, and Porto. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Porto across the bridge from the hotel, but the cable cars make it a bit easier depending on where you’re going. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was exceptional! The location of the hotel was great, close to a bus stop and walking distance from the wine cellars. The pool was accessible upon reservation, but we always managed to get a slot. Breakfast timings were also subject to availability, so make sure to book a table for the time you would like before hand (even if your booking includes breakfast).

Breakfast area needs some help. Overly crowded and I cannot say the service was good either since they did not get any of my family member's order right. The roof top restaurant was esp slow. One time, our order took more than an hr and by the time we got food, it was already too cold to eat. Overall, the room did not match the picture, service wasn’t good and breakfast was disappointing. However, the view from the hotel lobby was incredible.

A very nice hotel. It is situated opposite the old town of Porto and offers some amazing views. We stayed there with two kids and had a huge room. Staff were very friendlly and helped with restaurant reservations etc. Will certainly come back.
