"The location is undoubtedly one of its best features—situated on a main road but surprisingly quiet. It's conveniently close to numerous bars and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach, making it an ideal spot for those wanting to explore the local area. The reception staff were always helpful and smiling, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The WiFi was reliable and fast, which was a pleasant surprise.The architecture of the hotel, however, has some design flaws....

"We have stayed in many wonderful resorts worldwide and have found our stay at Olivera Suites Sarti to be at the very top of the list!!! First class amenities, full kitchen, private patio and pool, and breakfast brought to the suite... Located a couple minutes from the beautiful beach with beach bars and restaurants. Pola is the manager and she was very delightful and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights and wished that we could have stayed longer but they were booked. "

"Brand new, clean, and a 10/10 customer service! Our room even had a beautiful view of the sea. The beds are super comfortable, and the pillows, although a bit on the high side, we adjustable enough to our comfort height. The managers were kind enough to provide additional blankets, coffee pods, and valuable information on ammenities; they were always a text or a call away and responded almost instantly. "The whole place was old, dirty.and smelled bad. Forks and knives were rusty. Small tv with bad picture (no cable) broken remote. I wish I can post pics here. The host, Dimitra, is a sweet talker, but actually rude, money grabing liar. Only one AC unit for two rooms and not working properly! We could not sleep. Stayed only one night and suffered. Ran away first thing in the morning. Behind the building is a swamp with milions of mosquitos. Don't be fooled by some fake reviews. Check the reviews...

"The hotel is a little old but everything is in good condition and very clean. The location was perfect, short walk from the town centre and quiet enough for a good nights sleep. The only disappointment was check in time is 3pm and we had to wait one and a half hour for the room to be cleaned."
