"We had a great time in this large, picturesque house with swimming pool in the Sardinia hills. Owner Olivia is super friendly, knows a lot about the area, and is always around the house in the apartment below to answer questions and for small talk and/or to make reservations at nice restaurants. Location is about 20 minutes out from Santa Teresa and the nearest beach is about 10 minutes away. House is spacious with two single beds, and matrimonial beds otherwise. We had a great time!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much - although the thermometer showed almost 40 °C. The pool and the air conditioning were very useful! The proximity to the beach and the beautiful residential location speak very much for this accommodation!"

"We love this villa- it has charm, wonderful views from several locations inside and outside, a wonderful pool area and immediate vicinity (within walking distance) to several very good restaurants. This is the third time we have stayed in the villa, and we will come back again!"

"We ( 2 families with kids age 10-11-12-13) stayed for a week. Excellent house with good location to explore the area as well as spend some easy time at the house. Pool was given the thumbs up by the kids. House is well set up for having drinks & dinner at the house, enjoying the nice views. Juan is a very helpful host. We can recommend it. "

"This gorgeous villa is ideal for family stays. It has four spacious bedrooms complete with en suite bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room with a terrace overlooking a stunning view. We particularly appreciated the Gallurese stones adorning the garden and the facade. The nearby village, San Pantaleo is perfect for summery nights out. Even though it’s located in the country side, it’s just a short drive from most of the popular beaches in the area."

The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. Auch der Garten ist groß und sehr gepflegt und schön. Praktisch war, dass wir das Auto im Schatten unter einem großen Carport parken konnten. "We had a lovely stay! :) Breakfast selection was amazing! So much healthy options. Great views of the sea. Two different pool areas. The gym is one of the best Iv seen, also the complimentary yoga and sound bath is a must with amazing views and very relaxing. The room was comfortable but felt a little small. We booked a deluxe room with sea view, but can’t fault the hotel as they offered to change room. The WhatsApp service was excellent and efficient. The location is good for walking into the local village with a few restaurants and shops and right beside the sea. We had a hire car and they park the car for you. All the staff we very helpful and friendly:) Would recommend stay here for a few nights and moving onto a different area. "

Great stay at Ma&Ma

"Very good hotel, really enjoyed our stay here. Booking in was professional and efficient. Pool area and gardens were lovely to sit out in. Room was high standard, we had a small issue with the electricity going off, but the staff sorted this. My only gripe is that although I appreciate two free bottles of water a day, for a hotel doing that to every room is so much wastage. Install a filtered water machine in the corridor, everyone has a bottle these days. So much wastage and would make the hotel more eco friendly. "

"The complex is huge, nice surroundings, pool, close to the beach. It was quiet. We were given upgrade with sea view, very well equipped kitchenette. Receptionist didn't speak English, only very basic, nothing was explain to us (breakfast, WiFi) just took us to the room. Bed and mattress were old and not comfy. Rooms would need some TLC. "
