Surrounded by nature and a beautiful view, this lovely home with 150m2 is close to various top attractions, supermarkets, and several restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

One recreational outdoor area equipped with a dining area, barbeques, and garden furniture welcomes guests to enjoy all this space has to offer.

There is a kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is available if you want to do the laundry.

The first bedroom has bunk beds and a private bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a double bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This charming location is surrounded by attractions such as Aquário da Madeira, PR14 Levada dos Cedros, and Miradouro da Pedra Mole, offering plenty of outdoor exploration and sightseeing opportunities. After a day of adventure, unwind at the nearby restaurant and bar, Morning Star, known for its delicious cuisine and relaxing atmosphere. With its great location, Rvr5+V39 is the perfect base for exploring and experiencing all this picturesque region offers.

The best way to reach the property is by car or taxi. the Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is about 50 minutes away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
