"Das Haus ist wirklich toll eingerichtet, super sauber und mit schönem Garten. Es fehlt an nichts, alle Zimmer klimatisiert, wunderschöne Veranda. Abseits der Massentouristen und in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Leider hatten wir über eine Woche kein warmes Wasser - die Vermieterin war jedoch steht’s bemüht das Problem zu lösen. Störend waren die Hunde in der Umgebung, welche bis tief in die Nacht gebellt und gejault haben. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. "

"Sehr schöne Wohnung, extrem sauber bei der Ankunft. Check-In mit Giulia lief hervorragend, auch wenn wir deutlich früher angekommen sind als geplant. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig, großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierteil, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Anstelle der modernen Lavazza-Kaffeemaschine wäre uns eine einfache Filtermaschine lieber gewesen. Hilfreich wären auch noch Microwellengeschirr. "Molto carina, posizione comoda, silenziosa, ben ventilata. Zona tranquilla, bel parcheggio e abbastanza confortevole. Note molto positive il barbecue e la terrazza. Il voto sarebbe più alto se ci fosse qualche sdraio o divano per godere appieno della terrazza e se ci fosse più dotazione in cucina (posate, piatti, pentole). Nel complesso però ci siamo trovati molto bene ed è stata comoda e carina per una vacanza abbastanza breve. Alla prossima! "

"Lovely little cottage with gorgeous garden set in quiet countryside. Good communication with Francesco who dealt with issues rapidly. Extra charges for things like sheets were unusual for us, but maybe that's what happens in Sardinia. You'll need a car to get around this amazing island. "La casa è spaziosa ed immersa nella natura. Pulita, funzionale e dotata di ogni comfort. Unico appunto la strada di accesso avrebbe bisogno di un po’ più di cura ma capisco che non dipende dalla proprietà, deve essere fantastica per un gruppo di amici in estate, noi ce la siamo goduta poco ma è stato un vero piacere trascorrere del tempo qui. La proprietà è gentilissima e molto disponibile "

"We had a very enjoyable week. The villa is private, large and well equipped with a fantastic pool surrounded by vineyards and fields. Villaperuccio is a good hub to explore the South Western Coast and mountainous inland areas. There was a lack of restaurants within walking distance but there are two small minimarkets in town and a large well stocked Eurospin 5 mins drive away. The only area’s for improvement in our opionion (bearing in mind the price) are provision of bags for the many recycling bins and perhaps a few more dishwasher tablets. The 2 hour pool cleaning service twice a week would be more user friendly during the daytime when you are out. One evening they came at 6pm. Communication with the Manager had to be through the owner in Holland as she did not answer our messages. However the owner was always very quick to respond. All in all highly recommended."
