"This property is fabulous! The gorgeous photos online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. King size beds, modern bathrooms and showers, and beautiful design throughout. The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills. Best hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!"

"Leider fehlten einige wichtige Ausstattungsmerkmale (WiFi, perfekt ausgestattete Küche--hier funktionierte der Induktionsherd nicht zuverlässig, die Microwelle fehlte ganz, der Ofen hatte die Größe einer Microwelle, kein Toster, kein Grill--- ) es gab keinen Garten. Die Dichtungen an der Toilette waren undicht, in der Gästetoilette roch es wirklich schrecklich, die "antiken" Möbel waren in schlechten Zustand, es gab keine Alternativen. "Das Appartement war super und ausreichend geräumig für 6 Personen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet Sehr ruhige Lage. Anlage ist etwas schwer zu finden, man sollte nicht nur den Straßennamen ins Navi eingeben sondern auch den Namen des Objektes. Fußläufig keine Geschäfte erreichbar, was für uns kein Problem war! Strände sind sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf absolut hilfsbereit! "

"Listing was not accurate. Stated 2 king size beds and a full. One king, one xl twin and a sofa bed. Pictures were not accurate, no hot water until we turned on hot water heater and the refrigerator wasn't even on. The view was spectacular though and neighbors were extremely friendly. Shower on lower level didn't drain well either. Owner was quick to respond to messages."

"This property is a hidden gem in Civitanova Marche. The amenities at the property are amazing (hot tub, steam bath, sauna, etc). The living space is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Most amazing is the host! She is incredibly friendly and accommodating. She left us with delicious food and even picked us up from our drop off location. REALLY WONDERFUL experience!"
