"We had a great time in this large, picturesque house with swimming pool in the Sardinia hills. Owner Olivia is super friendly, knows a lot about the area, and is always around the house in the apartment below to answer questions and for small talk and/or to make reservations at nice restaurants. Location is about 20 minutes out from Santa Teresa and the nearest beach is about 10 minutes away. House is spacious with two single beds, and matrimonial beds otherwise. We had a great time!"

"We ( 2 families with kids age 10-11-12-13) stayed for a week. Excellent house with good location to explore the area as well as spend some easy time at the house. Pool was given the thumbs up by the kids. House is well set up for having drinks & dinner at the house, enjoying the nice views. Juan is a very helpful host. We can recommend it. "

"This gorgeous villa is ideal for family stays. It has four spacious bedrooms complete with en suite bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room with a terrace overlooking a stunning view. We particularly appreciated the Gallurese stones adorning the garden and the facade. The nearby village, San Pantaleo is perfect for summery nights out. Even though it’s located in the country side, it’s just a short drive from most of the popular beaches in the area."

"So the main problem was that the portion of the villa you get is the lower ground level underneath the owner’s private quarters. It felt quite claustrophobic. The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. From the photographs on HomeAway you think you are getting a portion of the villa that overlooks the pool/sea. You don’t realise that you will be below stairs with no view. "Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben es genossen auf der Terrasse im Schatten zu sitzen. Auch der Garten ist groß und sehr gepflegt und schön. Praktisch war, dass wir das Auto im Schatten unter einem großen Carport parken konnten. Zum schönen, kleinen Ort San Pantaleo sind es gerade mal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und man kann dort gut einkaufen oder etwas essen gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Mariachiara war immer...
