"Staff were friendly the room was clean ,the beach was ok ,what mostly disappointing is how this hotel has a 4 Star rating,that should be looking into as giving a false impression of this hotel "

"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....
