"Não recomendo. Eu queria uma pousada, não dormitório, sem recepção. Não há recepcionista, não há local para aguardar o horário de check in, não pode deixar bagagem para guardar. Eu cheguei cedo de outro estado e tive que ficar na rua. Atendimento áspero de quem me recebeu pela manhã. À tarde fui informada que a gerente não havia encontrado a minha reserva. Ouvi a conversa da funcionária com a gerente (que não fica na pousada), e ela foi bem grossa afirmando que eu teria que ir a para outra...

"The hotel is the best choice in Volta Redonda! The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, the breakfast and lunch are amazingly plentiful and healthy (I may have gained a couple of pounds there) the hotel features a rooftop pool, steam room and gym. Parking is free and everything is walkable. "
