"Property was ok, bed was very hard though. Shower worked great, nice hot water. Apartment was clean and nice kitchen setup even though we didn’t use it. No contact check in was easy. We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. Only complaint really. "

"This is close to most main attractions. The more you walk around the more you realize it is the perfect location. Even only 20-25 min walk to the cruise terminal. Not as hilly in this location for walking. The sofa bed was not comfortable, you could feel the springs. It would benefit from another small mattress overtop. Upper shower head holder was lose/broken but the mid one was solid. "

"This is an apartment inside an apartment building. The property manager is amazing! They communicate with you before during and after your stay. We were greeted with a very clean and safe building. When we got into our apartment the table was set with a basket of fresh fruit, crackers and jams, and a bottle of wine. We had ample coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. And they even included a few juice boxes in the fridge as well as a bottle of water. We were delighted to see there was a washer...

"Overall a good stay given the age of the flat. Everything was immaculate apart from hair missed by the cleaners in the shower (see photo), creaky and thin floorboards so people were stomping above us at all hours. Only 1 spare thin toilet roll so had to buy more. June is the month of street parties so we could hear a nearby party but we really didn’t mind as it felt like white noise but others might mind. Access to lockers at a different apartment was super helpful and easy as it was just €1....

They had the usual kitchen appliances and also a small laundry/dryer machine. It was warm during the day, but they had a great air conditioner Location is fantastic right on the fashionable shopping street with a metro stop with an easy walking distance There are tons of restaurants and bars within a 10 or 15...

"We had a great stay, they were very communicative from the start. The apartment is in a great location, has all the amenities needed and the air conditioning is useful. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. "

"Ascensor de Bica is next door, can get loud but its tolerable. Property is close to restaurants, it can get loud at night from partygoers. Walkable to Time Out & Pink street. I don't recommend adding a 3rd guest in a room as it gets very tight and not convenient to walk around and across the bathroom & shower. 3rd adult guest should always get a bed and not a hide a way pull out, I feel."

"It was a bit hard to find the apartment since there is no sign. But as soon as we found the right location a woman came out to greet us and gave us the door code for the street and a key for the apartment. The apartment is very basic but also nice and clean. The location is good, close to an ok Santos neighborhood grocery and very close to an excellent breakfast place, Flora and Fauna. The only real disappointment was the old mattress since we could feel every spring. But this is a good place...
