The Flamingo restaurant was much the same - one night, it was full - but the staff recognised us as Hotel guests, and managed to get us in. It is modern, very conveniently positioned and well maintained - would most definitely recommend. The only one tiny fault here is the toilet in reception - it sometimes...

One small frustration was the kitchen area in our room - we were told that if we use it, we would need to pay extra for it, however, we thought we already paid for it by renting this room!
