Also, nearby you will find sandy beaches in Civitanova Marche (5 km) and Porto San Giorgio (9 km).

On the lower ground floor, you will find a kitchen, one double bedroom (with double bed), one bathroom (with shower) and a laundry room (with washing machine and ironing facilities).
