Villa Mimosa is a beautifully renovated villa with a private swimming pool, located in the Fermo area of Le Marche. The nearest shops are in Corva (1 km) and small town of Sant'Elpidio (3 km) has restaurants, bars, and a nice beach. Also, nearby you will find sandy beaches in Civitanova Marche (5 km) and Porto San Giorgio (9 km).
Villa Mimosa (130 sqm) develops over two levels.
On the lower ground floor, you will find a kitchen, one double bedroom (with double bed), one bathroom (with shower) and a laundry room (with washing machine and ironing facilities).
On the ground floor you will find a living room (with sofa, table and chairs, and TV) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, there is one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with bunk beds) and one bathroom (with shower).
