O local é bem localizado, quando chegar tudo bem limpo, mas o serviço de limpeza diária é complicado, falta pessoas para o trabalho. A proprietária é muito solicita,sempre que precisei me respondeu prontamente.. O PROBLEMA DA LIMPEZA NÃO TEM A VÊ COM ELA.. O LOCAL É PERTO TE TUDO O APARTAMENTO E CONFORTÁVEL. Tem tudo que precisa para um casa. Tirando o serviço de limpeza, que quando funciona.,o resto é 👍 eu recomendo.
