Hotel muito bom, fomos muito bem atendidos. Quarto limpo, camas confortáveis. Comida deixa um pouco a desejar, além de ser um pouco cara. Academia bem sucateada, muitos aparelhos não funcionam.

Bom hotel.
Bem localizado e com boa estrutura. Os funcionários parecem sempre estar de mau humor. A concierge (se intitulou dessa forma após minha pergunta, NÃO É CAPAZ de dar um bom dia, mesmo você a cumprimentando de frente. Contudo, o gerente, DANIEL, é de uma educação e empatia que ha muito tempo não vejo. Sua facilidade e entender o problema do hóspede é imediatamente notada. Parabéns ao Gerente.

O hotel precisa de algumas reformas. Os quartos tem pouca tomada. O termostato do ar condicionado não estava funcionando e ficava muito frio. Faltava toalha toda vez que o quarto era arrumado. O som ao vivo atrapalha vc descansar se estiver no quarto com vista para piscina. Achei a piscina um pouco suja, com a agua turva. Perto do bar o cheiro de esgoto era terrível. O cafe da manha era razoável. Poderia ser bem melhor. Com mais variedade e qualidade. Tem cobrança para toalha de piscina. Um ponto bom é o water kids, um mini parque aquatico no proprio hotel, porém o horario de funcionamento a partir das 12:00 achei que poderia abrir de manha tb.
