O único problema está no chuveiro do quarto. Não funcionou adequadamente. O banho ficava muito frio ou muito quente. Uma pena pois tudo estava ótimo.

hotel com internet péssima, quartos bem simples do que nas fotos, me hospedei em um quarto frio, depois trocaram para um melhorzinho e ficamos lá, internet caia toda hora e tv não funcionava os canais, só na internet que era bem ruim.

Quarto limpo, mas houve atraso no check in, ficamos esperando acabarem de limpar o quarto mesmo chegando no horário informado pelo hotel, estacionamento com poucas vagas , não tendo garantia de estacionar lá . Choveu muito no dia em que nós hospedamos e tinha muitas goteiras no corredor.

Péssimo

Horrível estrutura do prédio sem Manutenção, piscina suja, a infantil com foco de dengue. Impropria para uso. A adulto trasbordando muita sujeira em tudo. Quarto cheio de mofo. Cortinas sujas banheiro muito sujo. Goteira na porta do quarto. Ar condicionado não funciona apenas ventila e não é possível regular no controle. A TV pega apenas 2 canais. A única coisa boa é foi o café da manhã. Os funcionários são atenciosos porém todos limitados. Ao solicitar qualquer coisa eles falam que vai contate a governanta ou supervisor. Percebi muita insegurança nos mesmo para tudo que comuniquei. Tive problemas com meu quarto pois reservei um apartamento standard no piso superior, me colocaram em um quarto horrível no piso térreo cheio de mofo e a lama na porta. Solicitei a troca foi jogada em um quarto 319 no fundo cheio de aranha e com uma goteira na porta, horrível.

Precisa MELHORAR

Bom … Localização muito boa. Funcionários: educados e prestativos. Café da manhã: muito gostoso e com diversidade . Estrutura externa: piscina e jardim bem cuidados e limpos. Banheiro do salão do café da manhã, precisa melhorar a estrutura e fazer a dedetização, encontrei baratas. Na copa bebê também havia barata e formigas. Dormitórios: bom , a internet não funcionava nos quartos mesmo no Wi-Fi do hotel. A TV só funcionava 3 canais abertos e meio ruim . Comida do restaurante do hotel: não estava tão boa, pedi um prato e encontrei casa de ovo no arroz e o bife estava mal passado , resultado não comi. Não havia telefone para conversar na recepção, o que foi um inconveniente. Na chegada a tomada do frigobar não funcionava então, tivemos que colocá-lo na tomada perto da cama. Roupa de cama: puídas e toalhas pequenas, não havia toalhas de rosto. Camas desconfortáveis pelo menos a minha. Sanitário : amarelado um horror! Não havia uma mesa no quarto e nem copos ou talheres. Ainda fez muita falta um varal, para secar roupas . Havia formigas no quarto e uma barata saiu do banheiro. Serviço de quarto: não era realizado todos os dias afff. Sacos de lixo ficaram no pátio por dois dias, acredito que faltam funcionários. Estacionamento: desorganizado, não tinha vaga para todos. Acredito que o hotel pode ficar incrível , pois o prédio é muito bonito, mas deveria ser melhor cuidado pelos proprietários.

Experiência Desagradavel

A experiência no Floral Inn Family Hotel, foi muito desagradavel, na chegada não havia toalha no apartamento, o frigobar não funcionava, a comida é péssima, cerveja quente, as luzes do apartamento deu problema varias vezes e o ar-condicionado começou a vazar dentro do aprtamento, limpeza deixou a desejar. café da manhâ poucas opções e sempre faltando alguma coisa. O estacionamento não tinha controle e os carros fechavam as entradas e saídas. Diante de tantos problemas não indico o Hotel e nunca mais retorarei.
