Já é minha terceira vez hospedado no Ravenala. Equipe super atenciosa e a conveniência de realmente ser um hotel categoria pé na areia. A piscina é quentinha, a comida é boa. Inclusive, no dia de ir embora, meu voo foi cancelado e remarcado para a madrugada e eles disseram que eu poderia ficar no quarto até mais tarde, sem problemas. Isso não se vê hoje em dia por ai!

O hotel é bem localizado e bonito, mas faltam alguns cuidados que poderiam classificá-lo como 4 estrelas. Os funcionários tem boa vontade, mas falta um bom gerente para garantir um melhor atendimento, por exemplo, no café da manhã sempre faltam talheres, coisas simples de se resolver, mas pela desorganização acabam atrapalhando.

Ponto alto do hotel, limpeza do quarto e os colaboradores. Tirando isso, fica muito difícil de dar uma avaliação positiva. Bar e restaurante do hotel fecha as 16, como fomos com criança, tínhamos que pegar no hotel do mesmo dono que fica perto, o quarto não possui isolamento acústico algum, escutávamos TUDO, o banheiro tinha um mal cheiro muito forte, parede do quarto precisando de pintura. Não voltaria.

The property is very beach accessible, very green, the staff is very friendly eager to help. Love the breakfast and the location which is a walking distance to the ferry to Porto Seguro and if you decide to go to downtown Arraial D’Ajuda, vans run every 10 min and it’s less than US$1.00 per person. I’m definitely coming back to this beautiful hotel and paradise. If you like simplicity and a nice secluded place to rest, this is the place to come.

De modo geral a estadia excelente. Alguns pontos de melhoria. Manutenção da ducha higiênica pois a água estava com um cheiro extremamente desagradável e a inclusão de um varal externo tal qual o hotel Carambola.

O estabelecimento fica numa praia muito aconchegante, os funcionários da recepção são excepcionais. A única coisa ruim eh o Wi-Fi, porém pra quem quer relaxar ao som do mar isso não faz a menor diferença.

As instalações do hotel são otimas, más nao tem cadeira e guarda sol para todos os hospedes na praia, fora que um dos funcionários nos informou que nao havia mais guarda sol disponível quando solicitamos, sendo que quando pedimos para outra pessoa ele foi montado sem problemas...fui tratada de forma rude por dois funcionários diferentes

Regular e precisam melhorar.

Banheiros com falta de ÁGUA QUENTE. Muito pouca água quente. Garçons não são solícitos é ruim de serviço com exceção de uma menina que trabalha lá de Oculos. Cardápio muito restrito e pratos de tamanhos pequenos pelo preço cobrado. Garçons e recusam a abrir um coco. Cardápio muito caro.

Hotel com boa estrutura, ficamos no quarto Vista Frontal do Mar que na verdade era vista pra piscina. Como o quarto ficava no térreo, ficava difícil ver o mar do nosso quarto. Não tinha cortina, possuía apenas blackout, ou seja, se abríssemos o blackout, todos que estavam na piscina ficariam vendo quem estivesse dentro do quarto. O café da manhã deixou a desejar um pouco, principalmente na variedade dos alimentos. Teve um dia que não tinha suco de laranja no café da manhã, questionei a uma funcionária se ela iria fazer, e ela me falou que se eu quisesse suco de laranja, teria que pagar a parte. Wi-Fi lenta e toda hora ficava pedindo pra digitar a senha. Porém tudo isso é muito bem compensado pela ótima localização do hotel. A toalha disponibilizada pelo Hotel é cobrada a parte e na hora de acertar as contas no checkout tiveram a ousadia de cobrar os 10% do garçom pelo fornecimento delas! Um absurdo! Recusei na hora. Da próxima vez que for a Porto Seguro, irei procurar outra pousada.

Hotel legal em Arraial D'Ajuda

Hotel bem legal, pé na areia e com instalações novas. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Fica bem perto da balsa. Para ir ao centro de Arraial, pegávamos uma van em frente ao hotel, ao custo de R$ 3,00 por pessoa. Gostamos da estadia. Recomendamos!

Pousada quase perfeita

Pousada nova, bem cuidada, confortável. Café da manhã razoável, mas o restaurante é muito bom. O único aspecto que não gostamos é que os quartos tem uma grde porta de vidro em toda sua extensão, o que obriga o hóspede ficar com a cortina blackout fechada todo o tempo para manter a privacidade. Sugiro aos proprietários colocarem um adesivo (tipo insulfilm) imitando vidro jateado, aí mantem-se a claridade e dá privacidade aos hóspedes, ou então vidro tipo espelhado. Como está é que não pode ficar. No mais super indico a Pousada.

Amazing Hotel!

It's an amazing hotel. It's located in front of the beach and 10 min walk from the ferry. Room is very clean and service is great! The breakfast buffet has lots of options. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
