Localização excelente mas peca por detalhes

Localização excelente, bem em frente da praia. O prédio é bonito e o tamanho do apartamento bom. O wifi praticamente não funciona. O café da manhã tem 3 tipos de fruta, bolos e pães, porém não tem como tomar um café com leite quente sem açúcar. Em vilta da piscina tem uma área bem agradável, mas infelizmente só podemos sentar lá para comer o que a lanchonete fornece e o cardápio é muito limitado. Além disto a lanchonete fecha às 21h.

Casal de idosos Colocaram num quarto no fundo do corredor e necessidade de escada. Hotel sem elevador Pedimos para trocar o quarto pois 2 idosos e 1 com problemas de coluna, foi informado que o hotel estava cheio, portanto isso não foi constatado pelos hóspedes. Além disso existia disponibilidade de quartos por sites de reserva. Quarto sem ventilação ou entrada de sol. Toda roupa molhada de praia não secavam. Cartão chave por 4x desmagnetizava fazendo um dos IDOSOS subir e descer escadas para voltar e recepção. Gerente não aparecia em momento algum. Hotel largado e zero atenção com hospedes

O hotel está faltando manutenção, nosso quarto tinha 2 tomadas, e 1 delas não funcionava, estávamos em 3 adultos e 1 bebê, e tínhamos q ficar revezando a tomada pra carregar celular e afins… o registro do banheiro estava caindo, o porta papel higiênico não fica fechado… tem um gato no hotel e minha mãe tem medo, então em alguns momentos houve desconforto, fora o cheiro… a piscina é mt boa, os funcionários são educados no geral, mas alguns são um pouco perdidos… minha bebê não acordava todos os dias para o café e eu pedia um pedaço de fruta pra ela comer quando acordasse e era complicado liberarem… enfim, não somos muito criteriosos geralmente, mas o hotel deixou a desejar nas manutenções…

Péssima experiência

Ficamos na suíte presidencial, o banheiro tava fedendo e com limo, a banheira tava suja e nem tinha espuma, o chão do quarto inteiro estava grudento e o banheiro fede a gás o tempo inteiro. Não tinha kit de shampoo. O papel higiênico é guardanapo, horrível de tirar. Wi-Fi não pega. Ar-condicionado faz barulho. O hotel não serve almoço, comprei uma marmita por fora e pedi um talher emprestado, disseram que não tinha. Não limpam os quartos

Péssima experiência

O unico ponto positivo é o ótimo atendimento do pessoal da limpeza e da recepção. O apartamento muito ruim, antigo e banheiro em péssimo estado. Canais de tv somente as porcarias abertas! Internet só funcionou da sacada. Café da manhã muito ruim e parecia que estávamos em uma feira aberta! A noite é uma bagunça nos corredores. Estive em 2019 neste hotel e tive uma boa experiência. Desta vez foi pessima e não devo retonar.

TRISTEZA, DECEPÇÃO TOTAL

Infelizmente foi a pior férias em Porto Seguro. Além da cidade estar horrível com cobranças absurdas de consumação, o hotel deixou a desejar em tudo. Pedi um quarto com o ar condicionado limpo porque sou extremamente alérgica e Infelizmente o ar está totalmente contaminado, sem manutenção de limpeza há mais de 6 meses. Não praticam a lei do Silêncio, pois estou sem dormir desde o dia que cheguei. Café da manhã péssimo, sem opção alguma para pessoas com restrição alimentar. Único ponto positivo é a limpeza diária e a educação das mulheres da limpeza, mas a questão é que o hotel necessita de reforma urgente. Chuveiro horrível, reamente parece chuva, um pingo aqui, outro alí, não funciona como uma ducha, não dando para enxaguar os cabelos e nem a área íntima. Muito descaso com o local. Até parece que está abandonado. Se tivesse um suco natural no café da manhã, seria ótimo, mas não, nada natural!
