Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans cette charmante maison à proximité de Palombaggia. C’était juste incroyable ! La maison est très bien située pour vadrouiller dans le sud de l’ile, ou encore aller en montagne! Merci beaucoup à Sylvain pour son accueil très chaleureux, ainsi que ses excellents conseils. Nous étions très bien installés, la maison étant très cosy et très fonctionnelle. La plancha nous a permis de faire de délicieux repas! Toutes les commodités sont à proximité !! Et les plages, dont une accessible à pieds, splendides!!! Difficile de quitter l’ile de Beauté !!!

Great place to stay
We had a wonderful time in this lovely house. The communication with Anne was easy. The house is well equipped. There are even 2 sun umbrellas to use. Great aircondition and very good WIFI. Beaches are close and so are several supermarkets. We can highly recommend this place.

Très bonne situation pour découvrir l’Alta Rocca et la côte de Porto-Vecchio à Bonifaccio
Petite maison parfaite pour découvrir la Corse du sud surtout en demi-saison : calme, climat doux, plages accessibles. Proximité de la plage de Pallombaggia. Mr Alonso vous accueille avec une extrême gentillesse et vous confie des bonnes idées de randonnées,de restaurants et bien sûr de plages. Nous le remercions vraiment de nous avoir permis de découvrir et d’apprévier cette magnifique région.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhäuschen sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Bei Fragen war er immer erreichbar und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können das Häuschen für Familien und Ruhesuchende uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

In 3 minuten mit dem auto am strand. Schlicht und schön eingerichtet. Kein typisches Standardhaus mit Ikea Möbeln sondern geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Klima Anlage war ein Segen.

Très bon séjour dans cette charmante maison à deux pas de la Palombaggia
Très charmante petite maison, très bien décorée et équipée, très fonctionnelle et propre. Petit jardin au calme sur un terrain résidentiel mais préservé et encore champêtre. Tout près de la Palombaggia (5 mn en voiture), des plages du Sud de la Corse et de Bonifacio (45mn) et d’une très jolie plage à 25 mn de marche dans le maquis. Super accueil, chaleureux, personnel, nombreuseuses infos d’Anne et Sylvain. Excellent séjour d’une semaine en famille, avec 3 enfants.

schönes gemütliches Haus für maximal 4 Leute
Das Haus liegt 10 Fahrminuten von Porto Vecchio entfernt in einer kleinen Siedlung im typischen korsischen Stil. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Es ist gemütlich aber nicht stylisch, hat ein hübsches Bad und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Ich denke für eine Familie zu viert ist es OK, für mehr ist es dann etwas beengt. Zu bemerken ist, dass das obere Zimmer nicht wirklich vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennt ist und der Boden keinerlei Schalldämmung bietet. Die Klimaanlage kühlt das Wohnzimmer recht ordentlich. Das Schlafzimmer läßt sich nur über die offene Zimmertür kühlen. Das Oberstübchen bekommt wenig von der kühlen Luft ab. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht durchgängig, soll aber gemacht werden. Es ist im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Fewos soviel Geschirr da, dass man die Geschirrspülmaschine tatsächlich komplett füllen kann. Bettwäsche, Dusch- und Handtücher sowie Geschirrhandtücher und Tabs waren vorhanden. Das Haus hat eine schöne Terrasse mit einem großen Tisch und Stühlen (s.Bild). Der Garten ist klein bietet aber den ganzen Tag schattige Plätzchen. Ein Stellplatz für ein Auto ist vorhanden. Sat TV mit deutschen Sendern sowie ein DVD Spieler sind vorhanden. In 5 Minuten Geh-Entfernung ist ein kleiner teurer Laden, der neben Baguette auch Wein und regionale Spezialitäten bieten. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist der Hausstrand, der nur zu Fuß oder mit dem Boot zu erreichen ist. 20 Minuten wandern durch die heiße Wildnis zu einer wunderschönen Bucht sind gut investiert. Die Bucht ist nur locker belegt und es gibt schattige Stellen unter den Pinien. Hier kann man prima relaxen, schwimmen und auch schnorcheln oder dem Kommen und Gehen der Boote zuschauen. Die Gastgeberin, Fr. Alonso, war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und können das Haus empfehlen. Tip: Mückennetze für die Fenster mitnehmen, damit man Nachts die Fenster offen lassen kann.

Petite maison bien équipée et au calme proche commodités.
Louée en Mai 2018 pour quinze jours, cette location a parfaitement répondue à nos attentes. Bien équipée et joliment décorée, elle est au calme et idéalement placée. Porto-Vecchio est à quelques kilomètres et les belles plages du sud à proximité. Et que dire des paysages que vous réserve la Corse.....nous n'avons pas eu les yeux assez grands et pensons revenir rapidement. Salutations aux propriétaires qui nous ont parfaitement accueillis. Stressfrei, unkompliziert und bestens ausgestattet
Wir (Paar, beide 30 Jahre) haben ein eigenes Domizil fernab der größeren Ortschaften gesucht und gefunden (Reisezeit Mai, 3 Wochen, ideales Wetter). Man ist zwar definitv auf ein Auto angewiesen aber wer es etwas ruhiger und entspannter haben möchte muss nun mal längere Wege in Kauf nehmen. Von Bonifacio (Ankunft mit dem Schiff von Sardinien) aus bis zum Treffpunkt mit der Vermieterin war es keine 30 min. Die nette Frau eskortierte uns zum Haus, welches sich in den Hügeln im Osten von Porto Vecchio befand. Das Haus liegt sehr schön zwar mit direkten Nachbarn aber gestört hat uns niemand. Einzige Besucher waren mehrere (gepflegte!) Katzen (überhaupt nicht aufdringlich). Das Haus ist mit allem, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt nötig ist ausgestattet: Küche mit allen Standard-Geräten (Kühlschrank+Eisfach, Spülmaschine, Gasherd, elektr. Ofen, Filterkaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle) sowie entsprechendem Zubehör ausgestattet (vom Kochlöffel über Alufolie bis hin zu Gewürzen usw.) Das Bad hat eine große Dusche und eine Waschmaschine (Man kann an Kleidung im Koffer sparen). Kohle für den Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Zu unserer Zeit hatte der Gemüse-/Obsthändler mit Bäckerei gegenüber des Wohnviertels noch nicht geöffnet und wir haben unsere Einkaufstouren mit der Suche nach dem idealen Strand verbunden (ein Strand ist fußläufig durch die Macchia erreichbar aber man geht locker eine halbe Stunde). Haben uns im Spar und Bäcker kurz nach dem Tankstellenkreisverkehr (Fahrtrichtung Bonifacio auf der linken Seite versorgt, Bäcker war top). Zu erwähnen ist der Rondinara Beach, unser Favorit!! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Domizil nur weiter empfehlen. Wir selbst würden wieder dort Urlaub machen! Merci beaucoup!!
