Except for the cleaning and the restaurant crew, staff was rude, dismissive and even mocking at times. The area has nothing to offer after 5pm or o n the weekends. Will not stay there again.

First night they moved us 3 times. The rooms were horrible. AC dripping water in one, TV not working in the other two. No internet most days… they charged for things we didn’t know about… overall just terrible. The last 3 days they moved us (a 4th time) and the room was somewhat decent. I’d like my money back

A atendente não possibilitou check in antecipado, mesmo havendo quartos disponíveis para tal. A água quente do chuveiro não funcionou um dia sequer, mesmo tendo registrado reclamações todos os dias de minha estada. Arrependido por não ter hospedado no Slavieiro.
