"The breakfast was a table in the corner with cornflakes and croissants. Not quite what you would expect when it says you are served local dishes every day. There was an air conditioner that didn't work and a slightly shady fan in the bedroom. "A very charming family-run hotel. The team is friendly and always does their best to meet guests' requests. Room, cleanliness, and breakfast were all good. The restaurant is truly excellent. "Third time back within the past year and we absolutely love this hotel every single time!! The breakfast room is simply stunning, the views of the lagoon and yacht marina from the breakfast room's windows and balconies are to die for, and the food variety and service are impressive. This time we got a room upgrade, which we appreciated, and learnt that the bus company we always take from Mestre also has a direct bus from Marco Polo airport (bus line 85, Arriva, 1h7min!!). If you're unsure about whether you can squeeze in Chioggia into your trip -- don't hesitate! Gorgeous canal with plenty of restaurants, corso with plenty of stores, weekly market on Thursdays, and those views of the lagoon!! You'll be wonderfully relaxed and refreshed. "
