"Beautiful views from the hotel, lovely property, pleasant staff. They say they have AC, but they don't turn it on until "summer." Not sure what that means as far as date. I do not agree with claiming to have AC, then not giving the customer control over when to use it. It was the stuffiest room we have stayed in for a very long time and we got very little sleep. The mattress was also extremely hard and uncomfortable. The food and beverages were very good and great prices. Easy, safe, and free...

"room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The spa was absolutely incredible, truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. Opening earlier and closing a bit later would make the experience even more...

"Highly recommend - this was our favorite hotel we’ve ever been to, and the perfect end to our honeymoon. The villa is in the Italian countryside surrounded by their property vineyards and vegetable gardens. The staff are all wonderful, and the restaurants are both phenomenal - they serve a mix of local dishes and non-local, with lots of wine options including wines from the property which are all amazing.
