Apartment within a beautiful property, with private garden

Our property is a beautiful apartment located at the peak of a large land with olive trees, in a place named Buraccio, that overlooks the panorama that at north declines on the area of Acquabona and the gulf of Portoferraio and at south descends into the olive grove towards Porto Azzurro. The apartment, with garden and an excellent exposure, is one of the 11 exclusive properties built within three rustic farmhouses, once a farm, now completely renovated. Outside, the external geometries of the original farmhouses remained, while inside have been created functional and prestigious apartments. Around the houses there is a beautiful and large park with olive trees, pines, agaves, oleanders, laurels, bougainvillea, jasmine and wisteria, that is partly a common area and partly are private gardens. Since there are large windows facing both south and north, within our accommodation there is almost always a pleasant flow of fresh air that makes pleasant to stay in the house. The nearest beaches are Norsi, Lido di Capoliveri, Schiopparello and Ottone.
Apartment for 4/6 persons: our nice apartment, of about 75 sqm., has a comfortable outdoor area with fenced garden and very enjoyable, complete with table, chairs, umbrella and deck chairs. The apartment consists of a living area with large table and a kitchenette (complete with four gas burners, refrigerator with small freezer), an hallway that connects the bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds and another small bedroom with two single beds) and two bathrooms with shower. Comfortable and sober furniture. The parking space is nearby.

Arrivals: Check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 pm. Departures: Check-out h. 9:00. Utilities: electricity, water included. Final cleaning: € 140,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
