We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The roundabout that connects Portoferraio to Porto Azzurro and Marina di Campo or Marciana Marina is only 1 km from the property. Don't miss a walk away from the noise on the San Giovanni seafront with a view of the Darsena of Portoferraio, where there is also the only spa center on the island, or a day in the swimming pools of the Parco Hotel Airone which are also open to outsiders.

- check-in on site from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
