An absolute GEM in the heart of Portofino. The staff were incredible and the service was so great. Having breakfast every morning looking out at the water was a dream come true. They made our stay very special and we even got a little private terrace and patio! Next time we are in Portofino we will be staying only here ❤️

Property was ideal, central to all the beautiful sites of Portofino. Everything was there that we needed. We even had a small balcony overlooking a side street, which was v pleasant at the end of the evening. Breakfast buffet was lovely and how fantastic to look out over the square snd the water. Staff were charming throughout, so helpful. Good value.

Very friendly staff. NOT on the water as photo suggests. No elevator, small rooms, safe doesn’t work, AC BARELY works. Not bad for the price, but a solid “meh”.

Portofino break before we head home

For a three star hotel they delivered a service. Breakfast very basic with limited options. Room was spacious clean and tidy . View onto port very good. Portofino is just expensive and for three hundred pound a night elsewhere you would expect a lot more but here you get basic

Awful hotel. Wi-Fi didn’t work, hair dryer was older than my grandma and windows had no blackout curtains. We slept with the outdoor lights in our face. Breakfast was also very poor. To resume, there is nothing good about this hotel other than the location. You can stay somewhere else and get a taxi. Sleeping comfortably should be a priority!

Fabulous location and room. Staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Room had fantastic balcony overlooking water, castle and church on the hill. It rained the entire day we were there, but our room was perfectly situated to still enjoy wonderful Portifino from our balcony. All restaurants nearby so very navigable despite heavy rain.

Beautiful little boutique hotel right in the port of Portofino. Breakfast was a huge bonus as well. The staff was so helpful and the rooms (at least mine) was newly renovated. A word of caution that it is a walk-up hotel and definitely not handicap accessible. I would stay again in a second.

While public parking is the only option, bell hop service was excellent. Hotel is so conveniently located only 100 yards from the marina and with dozens of stores and restaurants within a two minute walk. Very clean rooms, highly attentive staff and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

Perfect location near waterfront in Portofino. Modest hotel but honestly preferred it over a couple of more run down, overhyped 5 starts. Excellent staff. Room was comfortable and clean, no frills but great for what we needed. Quiet. Was a pleasant surprise.

Great location to main port square, to the bus back to s.Margarita and ferry if you choose. Breakfast is great and they do night service which I didn’t know. They give you beach towels too which I didn’t know. Good staff and place but they need to go through what you get

Super beliggenhet

Hotellet er dyrt til å være tre stjerners, men beliggenheten er fantastisk modt på havneplassen i Portfino. Gangavstand til alt. Veldig hjelpsomme foll mht utflukter og restauranter og med advarsler om de restaurantene nan vør unngå, spesielt de dom legger på 15 % skatt. Alt fungerer utmerket og man spiser frokost ite med utsikt mot havneområdet. Denne forstyrres noe av at alle leveranser inn til hoteller og restauranter finner sted tidlig om morgenen, før 10.

Muy muy buen hotel la ubicación la verdad estás súper estás al lado de un hotel carisimo y tú ahí mismo limpio cómodo atención súper Frente a la plazita todos los lugares que en el día van los turistas pero en la tarde te queda nomás para ti salir a cenar caminar etc está increíble nos pasamos una estancia súper cómoda ya quiero regresar
