Auf deutschsprachige Gäste ist das Personal sprachlich vorbereitet, das empfand ich als sehr angenehm, und hat Nachfragen, auch was die nähere Umgebung betreffend, sehr erleichtert. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable – exactly what you want when traveling with family. Everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully maintained. Every detail, from the bedding to the lighting, was perfectly designed for comfort. But what truly set Almar apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. You can feel the pride they take in creating a five-star experience. Whether we needed help with a reservation, pool towels, or just a friendly smile – they were always there. "Aircon did not work, room was boiling, Natasha from reception promised three times a handy man would come to fix it but did not, finally offered a different room on the FINAL night of stay but did not show to change room. The fridge did not work. The housekeeping walked in on two seperate occasions whilst I was in the room, both times changing before I went out for the day. The shower was tiny. Overall, I would not stay here again. The only positive is the young man behind reception was friendly and positive, I did not get his name."
