"We had a wonderful time staying here. It was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the amenities of the home and had a wonderful time exploring Mallorca. The boat was very responsive. It was a wonderful week."

Super recomendable!!!"

"Great stay overall, location is a dream."

"Located 15 min from everything of interest near Palma. Private swimming pool, spa and sun terasse. Very nice host family."

"Everything was clean, toilets were very good and space at home was also nice, we were 4."

"We were there for cycling and the location was perfect in terms of proximity to all cycling routes! We spent wonderful evenings in the garden and grilled every day, which was highlight of our trip:D the pool is suitable for chilling, not swimming."

"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"Pros: Loved the location Loved the peace Loved the swimming pool Loved being in the centre of the island so most things a half hour drive away Liked the design and fittings Cons: Having no AC in the bedroom meant nights were very hot. The collection and return of the cash deposit is all a bit random and old fashioned. No welcome pack or folder / information provided."

"The lil’ Casa Groc house was perfect for my week of riding my bike and sleeping on the island of Mallorca. Super quiet and plenty of space all around the little cottage, but close to groceries and restaurants. Check in was super slick and property owner was very responsive."

"Great place to stay, and thank you to the owner for the Cava & chocolate's.."

"We are group of seven 56 year old friends who go abroad every year . The property was as described and very clean ..we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace . The host ( Lucia ) was superb… meeting the first party to check in .The deposit was returned after the holiday promptly. We scored the property full marks but the location was about 50 minutes walk from the ‘old’ town so on location we scored it 4/5 .Loved Palma and will return !!"

"The location matched with expectations overall. Pros: services included, cleanliness, easy check in and just very responsive. Cons: neighborhood"

"The house was exactly as advertised, in a lovely area just outside Palma. Clean, bright and a 2 min walk to the beach, groceries or the bus. we had a car and it was easy to find street parking. The host left us a delicious basket of Mallorcan treats and was very easy to work with. Highly recommended! "

"this was one of the best vrbo homes i stayed in. Ana's communication was immaculate and around the clock. The home felt like Spain and looked like a museum. A comfortable stay!"

"We booked this very large finca fairly last minute as had flights moved from 2020 and didn’t want to have to cancel last minute. The communication before we arrived was excellent with regards to the paperwork needed and any questions we had. Magdalena was very friendly and responded straight away in most cases. The directions from the airport were fairly easy although it is rural so a little confusing as we got closer. The farm itself was beautiful, furnished as you would expect, there were 12...

Esperamos volver pronto!"

"Lovely place thoughtfully decorated with restored furniture."
