Cinque Terre

Cristallo hotel was very situated , with a beautiful view. Staff was very friendly and they had a good restaurant on site. This is a hotel I would definitely visit again.

Wonderful stay with a breathtaking view

Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. Proximity to town where we got a great dinner with local fare. Service is friendly as well and the staff is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend - worth the drive out from Le Spezia.

Amazing views

Amazing views & room was very nice. Only negative I have is when trying to get some ice for drinks from bar staff was almost impossible. Location is great for the view & main town is not too far, but need to climb heaps of stairs to get there from hotel & difficult to get parking close to the main centre.

Great hotel, bad service at the restaurant.

Amazing hotel. The views were incredible and a nice short walk into the town. The restaurant (The Frame) service was not great. The gentleman at the bar greeted us very poorly (when we asked how he was he straight up said bad and was clearly overwhelmed with the 12 people with tables. He could not make the right drinks and had to call in help. They tried to make up by offering small plates but still ended up charging full price for everything including the wrong drinks. I would stay here again but never go back for dinner.

Pour un deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, tout était quasiment impeccable. A signaler une restauration très recherchée et savoureuse. Quel dommage que davantage de clients n’en profitent pas!!! Deux jours où nous avons dîné seuls dans cette grande salle à manger !!! Personnel très disponible.

Atendeu a expectativa.

Hotel tem estacionamento o que facilita bastante na região. O quarto é grande por o banheiro deixa a desejar. O box é MUITO apertado...não cabe uma pessoa direito. Outro problema no quarto é que o blackout não funciona direito, portanto toda a luz externa do hotel fica dentro do quarto. Se você gosta de quarto escuro pra dormir esquece. Café da manhã ok.

Hôtel exceptionnel. Accueil très agréable. Grande chambre tranquille et propre…toute en céramique. Belle variété pour le déjeuner. Très bien situé. Stationnement gratuit disponible et facile d’accès à l’hôtel avec les bagages (tout est au même niveau).

Vue magique

Bon accueil par une jeune femme super agréable qui a fait ses études à Genève, sympa comme coïncidence. Hôtel bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, un parking plus que nécessaire, des chambres spatieuses et une belle piscine. La chambre serait d’ailleurs suffisamment grande pour y accueillir un canapé et une table basse car à part le lit il n’y a nulle part où s’asseoir. Coupe de gueule concernant le service à la piscine, IM-PO-SSIBLE de manger et/ou boire (si si même boire est prohibé) au bord du bassin ! La façon de le dire par le responsable du bar était désobligeant au point que je me suis senti obligé de lui rappeler que je n’étais pas un enfant. Je voyage beaucoup et si il y’a bien un endroit où tous les hôtels du monde vous servent à manger et à boire c’est justement au bord de la piscine ! Très dommage car j’insiste sur le fait que le reste du personnel était agréable et serviable.

Service pas à la hauteur

Poussière et cheveux au sol à mon arrivée dans la chambre, dérangée toute la soirée par du bruit au dessus (chambre #7 en dessous du restaurant), je demande une tasse à emporter pour un café après mon petit-déjeuner et on m’envoie promener. Lors du check out, la personne à la réception ne demande pas comment mon séjour s’est passé, donc je lui ai dit que j’ai été dérangée par le bruit. Et pas une once d’empathie ni aucune excuse de sa part. De plus, je signale qu’on est au mois de mars et que je suis étonnée qu’aucune autre chambre soit disponible, et qu’on m’ait attribuée celle-ci. La réceptionniste m’assure d’un ton très froid que l’hôtel est complet. Service très moyen. Je recommande seulement pour la vue. Hôtel sans âme, et je ne parle pas de la décoration, l’art de l’hôtellerie est de rendre un lieu chaleureux avec son équipe. Ce qui n’est pas du tout le cas ici. 115€ (en basse saison) gaspillés.
