The terrace between the sky and the sea

A charming, comfortable apartment surrounded by a very large terrace. The amazing view, the quiet but the strategic position and the conforts that you can enjoy, will make your stay unforgettable. The apartment, which has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single), 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen and a spacious living room with a sofa, is very close to the beach and it is within walking distance to the center of village, 10 minutes on foot where you can find all the shops and amenities. Nearby you can find the boat hiring service, the bus stop to the Five Lands, Lerici and Palmaria island as well as Portofino.
This apartment is perfect for two couples or a family with children.
Sun loungers and a little shower. There are two tables with chairs where they can enjoy their meal and the open air.
Dishwasher, washing machine, iron, fridge, oven and hairdryer are avaible for guest use.
It is not allowed smoking and to organize parties.
Only small pets allowed.
Two flights of stairs. theren is no lift.
Wi-Fi avaible inside the house.
During the autumn and winter (from 15 October to 20 April) it will be charged an extra cost of € 20 per day.

Appartement très bien situé au bord de mer et parfait pour visiter les 5 Terres depuis un village au calme. Merci aussi à Simona pour son chaleureux accueil.

Très chaud pas de clim ni de ventilateur

Nous avons était surpris de constater que malgré la climatisation existante la propriétaire n a pas voulu que nous l utilisions. Pas de ventilateur. Chaleur étouffante la nuit. Place de parking en pente et dangereuse.

Top Lage und wunderschöner Außenbereich

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super. Vom Apartment aus sind es nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen und ein Restaurant sind direkt nebenan und das Ortszentrum ist in gut 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Außenbereich ist schön und großflächig, mit Liegestühlen sowie zwei Sitzecken mit Tischen ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer.

Lovely views great position

Property was very clean and in a relaxing place away from the crowds overlooking the bay and Palmaria island The few teething issues were dealt with well by Simona who was most helpful.

We loved this property and location!

We stayed 7 nights here, September 2018. Every morning we woke up and swam in the bay, which was just a short distance right outside the property! The water was a perfect, comfortable, temperature! Down town Porto Venue, is just a short 13 minute walk. The town is very nice! Many days we decided to drive to La Spezia train station which took about 30 minutes and visited the Cinque Terra cities! We hiked between those towns and swam in the harbors, shopped and ate to our delight! There is also a ferry right out of Porto Venere, that will take you to the Cinque Terra towns, but the return ferry back down to Porto Venere, seemed to leave I think at the latest 4:15. That is why we decided to use the train mostly, since we got late starts to our days and tended to stay out late evening. There is a lovely restaurant right next to this property! We just loved Italy and this lovely home.

Fabulous Location to visit Cinque Terre

No idea how we lucked into choosing this location. Place was really great (for 3 individuals), but location was fabulous. Walking distance to the ferry to all the 'Lands', and away from hassle and hassle of the Cinque Terre proper. Simone meet and gave great intro to place and locale. View and access to beach was great. Porte Venere was perfect size. Enough shopping, eating and sightseeing without crowds. Can't recommend highly enough.

Perfekt ferieleilighet nært alt !!!

Veldig fornøyd med leiligheten. Perfekt beliggenhet ved en steinstrand, restauranter og butikk i umiddelbar nærhet. Max 10 min gange til gamlebyen. Flott utsikt og fint uteområde med solsenger, gode solforhold og sitteplasser for å nyte et godt måltid ute. Bra utstyrt leilighet, med oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Reint å fint, med disponible badehåndklær. Utleier er veldig behjelpelig, og svarte raskt på mail. Eneste minus er at det mangler aircondition.
