"Book this property! My husband and I stayed at this property for weekend getaway. The location is ideal being a quick block away from the beach, boardwalk and several restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and the property was super clean and everything was fresh and seemed new. This 2nd floor condo had a keyless entry and has both interior stair and elevator access with enough space to store bikes inside or on the balcony if that’s your preference. "Very nice condo had no issues. It was clean, in an area that was quiet, close to the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway for my sons wrestling tournament. The property manager was also very nice and easy to deal with!! My only thing thats not really a complaint but i wish it wasn't so expensive to bring our dog. Maybe do a small fee for ppl and ask for a refundable deposit and if nothing is destroyed or no big mess give the deposit back. Ppl love to bring their fur babies. But im not mad bc...

"I cannot say enough about our stay here. From the initial contact to our checkout, it was the most accommodating, guest-friendly experience we could have asked for. Instructions were simple and had no trouble settling in. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. "Owner is advertising rhat rhe place has a hot tub and it doesn't.. in addtion, balcony has cation tape on corner. Little piece of balcony is missing...the balcony for the unit directly above was in the same condition. I did not feel safe stabding on the balcony. This should be fixed right away for the price they charge. Owner of unit did not reply to my request for early check in. I feel at a minimum should be responding to email."

"Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at the Colony. Parking was on sight and free. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was spacious and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was great. The kitchen was a nice size and had all the consciences of home. Great location. All the staff were super friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. "
