"This hotel is convenient to the highway, seacoast, and Portsmouth. We liked being able to walk to the Roundabout Diner for dinner. The breakfast buffet was generous with many options. The room was comfortable. The walls are thin and we had a particularly loud neighbor, but otherwise it was a pleasant overnight."

"The location is perfect. Although we didn’t take the time there are walking trails through wooded and seaside marsh trails just across the road. The drain in the shower was clogged so we showered in a couple inches of water. The baseboards and fixtures also looked pretty old and worn. They need sprucing up. Staff was kind and helpful."
