There are so many things to fall in love with...A private relaxing getaway!

This home has a waterfront fenced in yard with lush green grass...a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, outdoor shower, Weber grill, and a hot tub with beautiful water views under the stars…
Inside, you can stay comfortable with central air, or enjoy the large screened in porch with a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The other side of the room has a sectional which is the perfect place to unwind!
We also include two single kayaks, one double kayak, and a paddleboard for you to use.
You can walk to the beach, breakfast, lunch, ice cream, dinner, and drinks!

A Perfect Getaway
This is the second time we have stayed at Rob and Corinne’s beautiful home and, if possible, it was even better than the first. Upon walking into the house your eyes are drawn to the gorgeous water view in front of you. It is truly a “wow” moment. The house is sparkling clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Furniture and mattresses are comfortable and the owners’ attention to detail is readily apparent. Our sons and daughter-in-laws joined us for the weekend and there was plenty of room for all six of us. The weather was beautiful and afforded us the opportunity to enjoy the amazing screen porch, the beautiful yard and the hot tub. We walked to Sunset Cove for coffee each afternoon and to dinner at nearby restaurants each evening. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Easter weekend on the water!!!
This home was so beautiful and fully functional with so many amazing amenities (hot tub, games, kayaks, etc) I felt as though we were staying at a 5 star hotel! Beds were extremely comfortable, every room was fully functional and clean, I would stay again in a heart beat!

Stunning and perfect location
The views are stunning and the outside area and screened in porch could not have been more perfect. The house is a great beach house, love the vibe and everything it has to offer. The location is awesome, 20-30 minutes to Newport or Providence, but when you are at the house it is quiet. Robert, the owner is great to communicate with and walks you through everything. Love this place!

Family vacay
My husband and I stayed here with our two daughters. The hosts were very accommodating by providing two travel cribs for us. Our toddler loved running around in the backyard while we prepared dinner on the grill. The weather was a bit chilly and windy, but the hot tub was perfect for the conditions. The house is walking distance to some family friendly dining options that were very tasty! Some minor feedback that I have would be to improve the pillows and I would have preferred that the beds were made when we arrived so that we didn’t need to make the bed ourselves after a long day of travel. Overall, I would recommend this property for someone who would like a family friendly water front vacation spot.

We enjoyed our stay immensely over the Thanksgiving holiday. Lovely views from the living area. Close enough to Newport for excursions. Appreciated the items in the kitchen - was able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. Enjoyed utilizing the games available in the lower level and the hot tub. Would definitely think about returning again.

Perfect in Every Way
I can’t say enough good about this home, the owner and our stay. Highly recommend. Beautiful stunning views. Gorgeous house with beautiful decor, little touches and all the amenities and supplies needed. Comfortable beds for sleeping. There isn’t anything to say but grateful for the owners to make this available and for our time spent there. We hope to be back.

Quiet family fun
The neighborhood was quiet and we sat outside to enjoy the view for breakfast and dinner. The kids had a great time playing fooze ball. Communication with the property manager was helpful and timely. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Everything you could want in a vacation home
We loved seeing the water from so many vantage points. We had a blast even in the rain - kayaking to get coffee and pastries, sitting in the hot tub and taking advantage of the provided puzzles and games. Lots more living space than it looks in pictures. Extremely clean, nicely decorated and tons of amenities. The fenced yard was a bonus. Location made it easy to take side trips. Communication was excellent. Wish the house was for sale 😃
