"The property it is located in not a very promising area with not a safe neighbourhood (had the police chasing some gangs for drugs). The interior of the property though, it is quite nice. As expected for £20 /per night( in our case). Fortunately it was very clean, with no weird smells. It is not freshly painted but reasonable condition. Location also good - you can walk to the beach/seafront from here, and get a bus to the dockyard area. Communication with the owners was excellent - they were very responsive!
