Super 8 by Wyndham Portsmouth
Clean but a bit dated, super friendly staff, very small parking lot was an issue as hotel was full and not enough spaces to park. Hot tub was advertised online but when we got there there was only an indoor pool.

Charming 2-bedroom house in wonderful Portsmouth with AC, WiFi
Lots of fun shops and brewery's in walking distance. House clean and updated. Huge side yards for the kids. Would refer this to other friends and family.
