"We were somewhat disappointed by the accommodations as the kitchen facilities were lacking, there was no hot water as stated in the property details and the bed was somewhat hard….however we made the best of our stay as we weren’t in the room a lot. "We were a group of five friends and had an amazing time. This house and owner could not have been any better. Edward was very quick to respond to any questions or anything we needed. "We had a group of 10 stay at the house. It is great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is also a half bath on the main floor and a full bath outside by the pool. "The outdoor area is beautiful ! Courtyard is spectacular. Just gorgeous. The property is just steps away from the water. The room was overall clean but something’s needed updating. The box spring was stained and icky. They had no paper towels or dish soap to wash the utensils we used. Just little things like that I would definitely stay here again just the beauty of the outside and location The owner is very friendly and informative "
