The receptionist demonstrated exceptional hospitality and assistance throughout my stay, particularly when I inadvertently left my passport in my room. Upon realizing my mistake upon arrival in Athens, I contacted the receptionist, who promptly arranged for the express mailing of my passport to my hotel in Athens the following day. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude for going above and beyond to ensure the timely return of my passport prior to my departure.
