"Arrived to issues with parking, city access to hotel area in traffic restricted zone and a few other niggles... SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. "Such a beautiful hotel situated right in the shore front. Parking is easy on lake front car park and it’s a very safe area. No issues at all leaving a convertible overnight. They do have their own car park too. Breakfast was lovely, all the staff very helpful. You cannot get a better location, right next to the boat moorings and several restaurants. The views from the hotel over the lake are fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room we had offered a great view on the north side of the lake and Torbole downtown. Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)"

"Beautiful hotel. A five minute walk from the train station. A five minute walk to the Buonsiglio Castle. A ten minute walk to the cathedral and diocesan museum. Great shower with rainfall fixture and good water pressure. Had a large window which could be opened for fresh air. And quiet. "

"Ideal stay if driving from the Dolomites to Lake Garda or vice versa. Well located next to the motorway but still quiet and very comfortable. Good breakfast and plenty of parking (including EV charging)"
