The staff was so nice, especially the ones serving breakfast. It’s not too far up the steps from the beach. They have a free service to carry your suitcases up the stairs, which is great!!

The property is so clean and well appointed. The patio for drinks and breakfast was perfect. The staff was so responsive, friendly and helpful. Porter service was much appreciated. Location is great: far enough from chaotic town center, but close enough to many dining and shopping options. Room was comfortable and had a spectacular view from the patio.

Highly recommended! The service is wonderful and the place is truly beautiful. Just be prepared to go up and down stairs, because even though it has a strategic location, it involves quite a bit of climbing.

My experience here was incredible until check out day. I was told the staff would order us a transfer and help us with our bags up the 70 stairs. I arrived to the check out desk where a man refused to call a taxi, asked me and my friend for a number to call (he is the local here who would have a number) then pretended to call and said he couldn’t help us. We then asked for him to help with the transport of our bags where he replied with no it’s just me here I can’t do that. We were stranded at the hotel lugging our bags up 70 stairs and with no transport. Prior to this, the woman staff were incredible and knowledgeable. It seems there was one bad egg but bad enough to never make me come back.

It was amazing the hotel is centrally located and very clean. It is close to the beach and fantastic restaurants. I would highly recommend the hotel. However there are lots of steps to get to the beach. Breathtaking views and staff is very friendly.

My mom and I loved Hotel Vittoria. It’s a little bit further from the main beach area, which made it super quiet and secluded. We loved that even though Positano was super crowded, it didn’t feel like it at our hotel. The staff was so sweet and breakfast was included! We will definitely be back

Couldn’t fault the hotel and the free porter service, as to reach the hotel involved 270 steps. Breakfast was lovely and the view from the hotel well worth the steps. We were also closest to the quieter beach which was lovely. Was just missing a kettle and tea & coffee facilities. We were close to nearby restaurants and was nice to be outside the main centre of Positano but was near enough to visit.

Hotel Vittoria was such a pleasant experience. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the view from the balcony was A+. It’s a bit tucked away (as is everything in Positano) but I would suggest doing your search for those who have mobility issues. Porter service was incredible as well. Would love to come back if we end up in Positano again. Thanks for such a pleasant experience

Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The only thing that I didn’t like is that at night the hotel doesn’t have dinner options. The staff is friendly and the hotel has a beautiful view. The hotel recommends Pupetto beach club very nice although they don’t play music.
